Very Emotional

Beautiful song. It has such a wonderful tune and it really expresses emotions very well. Personally, I don't think a dnb version of the song will be as good as this one.

Good

The song was pretty good, but I do agree with Squll2's review. The piano did not sound right with the song. Maybe a softer piano would work. Anyway, most of the song sounded nice and it had a very unique sound. The effects were also good. Good work.

Beauty In It's Pure Form

I don't know what to say about this other than the sheer beauty in this wonderful cover. I was in a weird and difficult time when I began listening to NIN around March '07 and listening to The Frail takes me back to that place. Dark, broading, but at the same time elegant and nostalgic your cover retains everything meaningful in the original song and even adding that live spin that Trent does with the song. Awesome, I really admire your work.

Awesome

I remember hearing this in Super Hero Clock. Really good song with a great melody. I would of preferred the piano in the beginning or rather not have the piano at all; it didn't seem to fit in from my perspective. The techno parts were great. Great job.

Excellent Song!

The transition from the beginning intro to the beat was a little too fast, but great song nonetheless. A very good mix of disco groove with a dash of hip-hop seasoning! [i'm hungry] And also good to hear that you are getting paid to do loops for games, most of us Newgrounders could only dream of making money like that! Good luck to you and we wish for the best!

aye, it was tricky going from 92 to 130bpm and still sounding intact. I automated it faster in the last bar hoping to avoid too much distortion but you caught it! yar! ;)

it must be the zipper synth I use for my highs that has everyone feeling the hip hop groove from this. it's actually supposed to be a bass synth but I just loved the siney whine of it up in the higher octaves.

Absolutely stunning, wouldn't expect anything less from Evil-Dog. From the piano intro, to the buildup and great guitar work, this song flows excellently. When the guitar comes in, it gives such an epic feeling I couldn't describe. Why on Earth this song is below a 5.00 is beyond me!

It's a stunning piece that creates a soothing environment. The piano is just beautiful . I was just drawing for fun and listening to this song really helps you stay motivated. Great work!

Really Good

The song was very enjoyable and the tune sounded great. I did feel the song was way too short and even though it was just an opening scene, the song needed some sense of completion. The ending was too abrupt, so I suggest making it loopable or end it slowly if you don't want to lengthen it. Other than that it's a great song.

For A Demo, Very Strong

I saw your PM and couldn't pass an opportunity to listen to the song! The melody is very good, catchy, the instruments complement each other and it comes on strong. A previous reviewer mentioned structure and I would think this type of song be good with an intro-verse-chorus-outro sort of deal. That way it isn't the same melody throughout the whole song making it much less repetitive. Other than that everything is really strong and tight, that beat is just awesome. Try changing the beat up during the chorus so it helps break the repetition. Great song and can't wait to hear the final version!

I just love how the beats came in. It gave the song a great amount of energy. The various synths and the background piano went well. Great mastering as well. Overall this is one good song. :)
